Hmmmm, I bet MS changed their runtime libraries again.  Do they have
something like MSVCP60.DLL?

Lutz and I are both using VC++ 5.  If you need a copy of that DLL, go to
http://pages.hotbot.com/arts/are/index.html - I put a zipped copy of it
there.

I never thought of this particular problem, because I assumed that STL was
just templates and didn't need any support routines (other than the
standard stuff in MSVCRT.DLL).  Silly me.
